For example, if you are unsure whether the Kierr will fit your window or door, you can always send along a few photos (especially of the sides of the window and door). Expert advice can then be given so you can choose the right model of Kierr.

Depending on size and type, the prices of the Kierr kierr stall holder vary between €15.95 and €50.95.

Shipping is within 1 to 3 business days maximum after receipt of payment. We do our best to make this happen as soon as possible.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials, so you can rely on a durable and reliable product.

You can return the Kierr to us within 14 days of receipt. To do this, always mail us first (info@kierr.nl) to indicate that you want to return your shipment otherwise the returned product will not be accepted, it would be nice if you can indicate the reason but that is not mandatory. Sometimes we can give you tips on how to place the Kierr and return is not necessary. Return conditions Still not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days of receipt you have the option to return the product. Just follow the steps below.

Send an email to info@kierr.nl You will receive a return form. If a return has not been notified, the return will not be accepted. Packaging:

– Pack the products in original condition and packaging in a box

– Place the completed return form in the box

– Stick the provided return label prominently on the box Shipping

– Deliver the package to the post office/DHL point (or other shipper)

– Keep the shipping receipt well

Refund

When do we pay back?

We will transfer your incurred costs (purchase cost and original shipping cost) to you within 14 days of withdrawal.

What do you get in return?

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs paid.

Where do I receive the refund?

We will refund the amount in the same way you paid. Is this not possible? Then we will contact you.

Return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.

Would you like to place a business order for example as a school, housing or Owners Association and you do not have the ability to pay with iDEAL or Credit Card.
Then it is possible to receive an invoice.
After receiving all data the order will be sent to you.
You can use the contact form or info@kierr.nl to let us know that you are interested.
Please mention in the mail which product you would like to receive and the number.
Also the company name and address where the order should be sent to.
